The Stress of my Studies...and Juice Plus!

I am currently studying Retail Marketing at the University of Brighton, and I love it. I have honestly had an amazing two years so far and now am in my final year.

As much as I loved it...I also hated it at times. I would struggle with stress of my work load, not really organising myself efficiently and not getting things done with time to spare. I went from assignment to assignment always worrying about something and never believing in myself that I could do it. Well this year is going to be totally different.

Juice Plus has already helped me in the last few weeks, and it is only the beginning of term. Being in the final year has a lot of pressure, you have your dissertation to write as well as about 50 million other assignments and commitments that you have to juggle. I currently have all my module assignments, one of which is a PR module where I actually have a live client that I have to be in contact with 24/7, my dissertation to research and start, I am now running my own Juice Plus franchise to help support myself, I am part of the Universities hockey team, I have a flat that needs cleaning and looking after, plus all my friends and family too see. So at the moment I honestly feel all over the place and my brain is a sieve.

However I made a promise to myself at the beginning of term that I wasn't going to let things get on top of me and I was going to organise myself accordingly and stay positive!

Well I am in my third week of Uni and already I have had one melt down! It was to do with my dissertation, I felt like I didn't have a clue what I was doing, how to figure it all out and felt like I had no one to turn too. After a good chat with my boyfriend, a meeting with my tutor and some sitting down and concentrating I am actually in a really good place now. I have my dissertation topic and am comfortable about what I have to do.

Since starting Juice Plus in the summer I have seen incredible results and not just physical ones but mental results too. Whether it is the Juice Plus or the fact I have learnt the importance of Fruit and Vegetables in our diet, who knows but since understanding what stress can do to the body I also now know how to handle it better. So many people have complimented me on the way I am, people think I am confident and out going, trust me I am not! I hate talking to strangers and I hate putting myself in new situations but the more people comment on it and the more I start to believe it, the more I am pushing myself to do new things. It's an incredible feeling not being held back by your own insecurities.

I have started to change my view on the way I deal with things and now I feel I am able to keep calm in difficult situations and even if I am feeling over whelmed I just remember that getting stressed and panicking does not achieve anything, it will only make your body ill and cause more damage in the long run. Take a look...
If anything, sit down, make a list and work your way through it, and remember there is always someone out there that can help you what ever the problem, you just need to look for it. Also I do not recommend reaching for the chocolate or crisps...comfort food is not the way forward, again this will only make it worst! Reach for a herbal tea and an apple...

Life is worth living to the PLUS+

Many of you will know Bear Grylls, for those who don't know him, he was part of the British Special Forces where he unfortunately suffered a life changing injury. He is now mostly know for his TV adventures, which leave him stranded in the middle of nowhere and he has to find his way back to civilisation.  Since starting my own Juice Plus journey, I have discovered various other "celebrities" who use it to. Bear Grylls being one of them but also many sporting athletes as well.
The reason I have chosen to speak about Bear Grylls is that he has a very active and dangerous lifestyle and therefore he must take incredible care of his body to ensure that he survives all his trips. Whilst being part of the British Special Forces, Bear Grylls unfortunately had a very terrible accident and was only a teensy bit away from being paralysed. It was then his mission to get back to health and climb Mount Everest. Do you know what got him back to health quickly after his accident? Yes, Juice Plus along side physical therapy. Do you know what he took with him on this trip to the top of a mountain where people can die, and even a couple did lose their life whilst travelling with him? Yes, Juice Plus again!!!

"Everest is all about surviving and running on limited reserves for many weeks at a time," he explains. "Juice Plus+® was like liquid gold to me up there."

Bear Grylls understands the importance of fruit and vegetables to maintain a healthy diet but realises that getting what we need to carry out the day is hard and that's where Juice Plus comes in.

"It’s just a simple, natural way to help our whole family work towards the daily nutrition from fruits and vegetables that we all need."

So he has been taking it since he was a teenager and now he shares it with his whole family and claims that they have never been healthier or happier, even his wife who was skeptical thinks its amazing.

All I can say is you have to try it to believe it. I can talk until I'm blue in the face about this amazing product but you may still be waiting on the fence.  I personally have lost two stone without even trying, and now I look and feel amazing. I can honestly say that I will continue to use this product due to the incredible health benefits it has and know that I will be better for it in the long run.

If you want to know more then please get in touch. If you don't believe me then please do some research and see the hundreds of other users who have experienced amazing results too.

Lastly, the world is a not a safe place, new illnesses are being discovered every day and the general health of the population is often under the microscope. According a BBC News report (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-21654536) many deaths are happening because the NHS is not good enough at preventing illness or the treatment provided is not as good as in other countries. A few of the leading causes of death were heart disease, cancers and chronic lung disease, which can all be linked to smoking, high blood pressure and obesity.

I'll let the pictures do the talking....

Plus many more benefits.... Just ask! Stop waiting and thinking and start doing.
