Oh how I am jealous, lately it seems that everyone I know is getting engaged or married, yet I am still plodding a long with my lovely hunk of a man! I do love him and it's not a race, so really I need to stop whining!!
However I have a great job that allows me to help brides achieve their goal weight along with added lovely hair, glowing skin and feeling good :)
Not everyone has the pleasure of looking the way they wished, some people unfortunately get themselves into bad habbits, or perhaps just over induldge that little bit too much, too often. But do not worry, it is never too late to change your lifestyle and become a better, healthier, fitter YOU!!!!
If as soon as i have said that, your thinking..."Not me, nothing ever works for me", Well I was exactly that person, less than a year a go now!! Let me tell you right now.... STOP THINKING THAT!!!!!!
That is your first wrong step...not believing! As soon as you change your mental attitude then what is stopping you from achieving anything??? It definitely will take time, hard work and effort but with me as your mentor, supporter, helper, I would like to believe together we can achieve more!
